The Bay Dental Plan
Cost-Effective Preventative Dental Care and More
As a member of the Bay Dental Plan, you know we are here when you need us — whether for routine care or a dental emergency. Members of the Bay Dental Plan have their dental examinations, dental hygiene appointments, and any necessary X-rays all covered by a small monthly direct debit payment. In addition, the Dental Plan covers routine visits to the practice and discounts on other treatments.
Dental Security and Other Benefits of Being a Member
Our patients’ needs always come first, but our Dental Plan members receive a few extra perks. We introduced The Bay Dental Plan to reward and care for patients who regularly attend the practice.
As a member, you receive:
- Access to priority booking
- Free X-rays
- A warranty on any dental work at the practice
- A 10 percent discount on crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, implant placement and restoration, and teeth whitening
- Preventive advice and treatment planning to promote good oral health for life
- Screening for oral cancer and dental diseases
- A membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad for around-the-clock care
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme when you are outside of the UK
Four Membership Options for Adults
Depending on your dental health and risk factors, we offer four membership levels for adults. Your dentist will advise you on which level best suits your needs. Membership prices start from as low as £14.10 per month, with membership levels tailored to your individual needs.

1. Essentials Membership
This plan costs £14.10 per month and includes:
- One dental health examination per year
- One hygiene visit per year
2. Level One Membership
This plan costs £21.00 per month and includes:
- One dental health examination per year
- Two hygiene visits per year
3. Level Two Membership
This plan costs £26.00 per month and includes:
- Two dental health examinations per year
- Two hygiene visits per year
4. Level Three Membership
This plan costs £39.90 per month and includes:
- Two dental health examinations per year
- Four hygiene visits per year
Affordable Dental Care with Monthly Direct Debit Payments
A significant advantage of our Dental Plan is that it spreads the cost of your annual care over 12 months. It’s a cost-effective way to ensure you have dental coverage.
Our Dental Plan is administered by DPAS, who will make a separate arrangement with you to manage your payments.
When you sign up for the Dental Plan, you must enroll in direct debit payable to DPAS. The monthly plan cost includes the charges for management and administration payable by you to DPAS. A one-time registration fee of £10.00 per person is payable to DPAS, which will be included in your first direct debit payment.
Any dental treatments not covered by this plan can be paid separately. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding payments.
Ending Your Membership
Membership is a 12-month commitment for adults and children. If you wish to end your membership after fulfilling this term, you can simply give us one month’s notice.
If you choose to end your membership within the first 12 months, you will receive an invoice for the amount of any discounts you have received.
