Emergency Hours & Contact

In a dental emergency please call 01736 369359. Weekends and bank holidays, please call this number first and then follow the call instructions on our voicemail.

For dental plan patients, an emergency telephone consultation is covered in your membership. For all other registered patients, a cost of £55 for a telephone consultation will be charged. Unfortunately we do not offer an out of hours emergency service for non-registered patients.

For all other emergencies please call 111.

Disability Access at The Bay Dental
At The Bay, we have drop off and pick up parking right outside the building, with ramp access and an automatic door. All surgeries are located on a single floor that is wheelchair accessible, as well as fully accessibly surgery beds and toilets.
The services that we provide are checked and assessed by the Care Quality Commission to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
