Michael graduated from Sheffield University in 1992. He has spent the past 25 years working in general dental practice in Yorkshire, Bristol and in Penzance since the year 2000.
His special interests in dentistry include placing and restoring dental implants and the use of composite resin to provide fillings that look and feel like natural teeth. he is also passionate about delivering the everyday health messages that help keep people out of the dentist’s chair!
Outside of dentistry he is a keen climber, ski-tourer and surfer as well as a reluctant jogger. he is the author of several books including ‘One Man One Pan’ which describes the discovery of one of the world’s largest cave chambers in 1980’s Communist China.
